Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice is required for clients who are unable to make their appointments. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in a $25 cancellation fee. This cancellation fee is typically not covered by insurance and must be paid by the client prior to being able to reschedule another appointment. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late to their session will be considered a no-show and are subject to the cancellation fee.
