I strive to provide a relaxed and comfortable environment that promotes trust and healing. I am dedicated to walking with you every step of the way on your journey to wholeness.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic and tailored to the needs of the individual. I utilize CBT, Strengths Based, DBT, and Solutions Focused approaches to provide practical strategies, behavioral change, and personal growth.
