Do you accept insurance?
Well-Life Counseling & Spiritual Center accepts Compych EAP, United Health, United Behavioral Health, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
What is your cancellation/late arrival policy?
24 hour notice is required for clients who are unable to make their appointments. Failure to provide 24 hour notice will result in a $25 cancellation fee. This cancellation fee is typically not covered by insurance and must be paid by the client prior to being able to reschedule another appointment.
Do you offer clinical supervision?

What platform do you use for virtual sessions?
At Well-Life Counseling & Spiritual Center, your privacy is always our top priorty. In order to ensure that our virtual sessions are HIPPA compliant, all virtual sessions are conducted with Doxy.Me. This service is also available on mobile devices as well (Android and iOS).
Why should I seek therapy?
People seek out therapy services for various reasons. Contrary to what most people think, therapist can be sought out for assistance with navigating through various life changes, work solutions, grief, support, relationships, substance abuse, etc. Therapy is not only for when people are depressed or sad. Therapy can also be a great component of overall self-care and maintanence.
If I am having issues within my relationship, should I seek individual or couples therapy?
In order to better understand the issues within your relationship, couples therapy may be a good starting point. Upon analyzing the situation, we can determine whether or not individual or couples therapy will be a good solution.
I have never sought therapy before. What should I expect?
Therapy can seem scary, but it does not have to be. My purpose is to ensure that I provide my clients with a safe and non-judmental place to really start unpacking the issues. Therapists can help you devise a plan to assist you with moving forward and to live life well!
