Do you accept insurance?

Well-Life Counseling & Spiritual Center accepts ComPsych EAP, United Healthcare, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, Magellan Health, and Medcost.

What is your cancellation/late arrival policy?

24-hour notice is required for clients who are unable to make their appointments. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in a $25 cancellation fee. This cancellation fee is typically not covered by insurance and must be paid by the client prior to being able to reschedule another appointment. Well-Life Counseling & Spiritual Center, PLLC offers a 15-minute grace period before clients are considered a no-show and subject to the cancellation fee. Well-Life Counseling & Spiritual Center does not charge a late fee, but clients will be billed for their entire session even if they arrive late to their scheduled session.

Do you offer clinical supervision?

Why should I seek therapy?

People seek out therapy services for various reasons. Contrary to what most people think, therapist can be sought out for assistance with navigating through various life changes, work solutions, grief, support, relationships, substance abuse, etc. Therapy is not only for when people are depressed or sad. Therapy can also be a great component of overall self-care and maintanence.

If I am having issues within my relationship, should I seek individual or couples therapy?

In order to better understand the issues within your relationship, couples therapy may be a good starting point. Upon analyzing the situation, we can determine whether or not individual or couples therapy will be a good solution.

I have never sought therapy before. What should I expect?

Therapy can seem scary, but it does not have to be. Our purpose is to ensure that we provide our clients with a safe and non-judmental place to really start unpacking the issues. Therapists can help you devise a plan to assist you with moving forward and to live life well!

No two therapists are alike. Just as searching for a physician, it's important to make sure that the areas that they cover coinside with the issues that you are looking to gain clarity on. 2. Seek a professional connection in which you feel comfortable. Feeling comfortable with your therapist is imperative to you journey of better mental health. Finding the right therapist may be a process, but don't give up on the process. If you don't find the right fit the first time, it is okay to continue to search until you do. 3. Check for licensure and insurance coverage.
