24-hour notice is required for clients who are unable to make their appointments. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in a $25 cancellation fee. This cancellation fee is typically not covered by insurance and must be paid by the client prior to being able to reschedule another appointment. Well-Life Counseling & Spiritual Center, PLLC offers a 15-minute grace period before clients are considered a no-show and subject to the cancellation fee.
Well-Life Counseling & Spiritual Center does not charge a late fee, but clients will be billed for their entire session even if they arrive late to their scheduled session.
We are not offering clinical supervision at this time.
We are not accepting interns until further notice.
