Meet Tomika Flowers
LCSW
Licensed Mental Health Therapist
I chose a career in social work because I wanted to truly transform people's lives. Other people have always confided their deepest and darkest secrets to me and stated they never felt judged. I enjoy this work. I love educating people about mental health and self-care.
I attended the University of Memphis and the University of Tennessee, so I'm a Southern girl! I have worked with a variety of populations: multi-families, Seniors 62+, college students, veterans, children, adults, HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, & etc... I've done emergency screenings in jails, homes, schools, & hospitals.

I try to maintain effective therapeutic relationships with clients and their families by providing individual/group therapy for people who are experiencing a variety of psychiatric, medical, and social problems; such diagnoses include depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), schizophrenia, bipolar, military sexual trauma (MST), & etc.
